Abbiamo incontrato per la prima volta Jason Vendryes due anni fa, lo stunt-man, diventato attore, era stato filmato da Richard Gerst in una misteriosa scena notturna in un parco.
Ora lo incontriamo di nuovo. Jason si è trasferito a New York e si sta impegnando in quello che i newyorchesi chiamano “pounding the pavement”, difficile da tradurre in italiano, noi potremmo dire solcare i marciapiedi della città, anche se rende davvero poco, correndo da un casting all’altro e impegnandosi su diversi progetti (al momento ad esempio sta lavorando ad una serie per il web, dal titolo, che è tutto un programma, “Angry Sarcastic Vampires”).
L’attore si è ritagliato un momento fra un lavoro e l’altro per posare davanti alla macchina fotografica di Richard, che noi ormai conosciamo bene, sia per alcuni scatti in studio, il cui styling è stato realizzato da Alejandro Lopez, che mostrano il suo talento comico, sia per un breve video che inizia con Vendries alla chitarra impegnato in un accordo di una famosa canzone di John Lennon, che però diventa velocemente uno di quei piccoli film, con la bella colonna sonora di Harrison Zafrin, che tempo fa proprio qui su stefanoguerriniarchivio.it chiamammo ‘Sonatas’.
Le margherite, ammettiamolo, risultano ben più affascinanti del solito. Che ne dite?

Today we meet again. He has now moved to New York and is in the classic mode of what New Yorkers call “pounding the pavement”: running to castings and juggling multiple projects (currently working the new web series “Angry Sarcastic Vampires”).
Vendryes had a moment to sit for Richard Gerst in between projects, both in a studio series -styled by Alejandro Lopez- that shows his comedic talents, and a short film that begins with Vendryes playing a guitar chord from that famous song by John Lennon, but then shifts into one of Gerst’s visual sonata mood pieces, beautifully scored by Harrison Zafrin.
Daisies, let’s face it, seam more enchanting then ever. What do you think?
