Richard Gerst torna con una nuova e molto gradita puntata della serie “Casting Privati II” e il protagonista è un volto che io già conoscevo bene, e che non è sfuggito neanche a voi se seguite il mio lavoro, Alexander Van Ballaer, con cui ho avuto il piacere di trovarmi in passato su un set, è colto questa volta dall’occhio sensibile e intimo di Richard.
Ed ecco quello che Gerst ci racconta di questo nuovo set.
“Alexander van Ballaer (DNA Model Management), è – per dirla molto semplicemente -. #SUPERBO. È intuitivo ed emotivo senza essere sopra le righe, ed è esattamente il tipo di modello che cercavo per questa seconda stagione di ‘Casting Privati’.
Abbiamo scattato questa storia sia in pellicola, sia in formato digitale, e lui è stato molto paziente con il mio continuo passare tra un formato e l’altro e il caricamento della pellicola.
Mi è piaciuto molto fotografare Alexander, e lo vedrei bene in qualche futura versione video, qualche ‘visual sonatas’, come le avevamo intitolate nei mesi scorsi, per il prossimo anno “.

“Alexander van Ballaer (DNA Model Management) is – to put it quite simply – #SUPERB. He is intuitive and emotive without being over the top, and is exactly the type of subject I have been looking for male fashion models for my ‘Casting Privati Part II’ Series.
We shot this story with both digital and medium format film, and he was extremely patient with my jumping back and forth between formats and loading film.
I loved shooting Alexander, and could potentially see him doing some work in some motion picture ‘visual sonatas’ for the upcoming year.”
